Who processes your data

What we collect and why

We only collect data when you fill in one of the two forms on this site. There is no other way to send us data from here.

Contact form

We collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject or solution you are interested in, and the message you write. We also record the language you were browsing in, the IP address and the browser (user agent) used for the submission.

We use this data to reply to you and to follow up on your request. The IP address and the time of submission are used only to block automated spam.

Speculative application form

We collect your name, email address, phone number, message and the CV file you attach (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB). We also record the language and the IP address of the submission.

We use this data to assess your application and to contact you if your profile matches a need.

What happens to the data after you send it

• Contact messages are stored in the site database and emailed to geral@crimake.com.
• You automatically receive a confirmation message at the email address you gave.
• Applications are stored in the site database. The CV file is written to a private disk outside the public area of the server: it has no direct web address and can only be opened through an authenticated page of the administration panel.

Who has access

Only authenticated users of the Crimake administration panel: administrators and editors. We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and applications for as long as they are needed to follow up on what prompted them.

You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by writing to geral@crimake.com.

Where it is hosted

The site and its database run on servers provided by a web hosting supplier contracted by Crimake. This may mean the data is stored or processed outside Angola.

Cookies

This site uses two technical cookies, both required for it to work:

• the session cookie, which keeps the state of your visit;
• the security token (CSRF) cookie, which stops the forms being submitted from other sites.

Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read and where they arrive from. It informs what we write next and what we fix, not who you are.

To do that, Google sets its own cookies and collects your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and the source of the visit. The IP address is anonymised before storage. We do not combine this data with what you write in the forms, and we do not use it for advertising.

The processing is carried out by Google, which may transfer and store this information outside Angola. Its terms are at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you would rather not be counted, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or turn on third-party cookie blocking in your browser. The site works the same either way.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to the data we hold about you, for corrections to anything that is wrong, or for the data to be deleted. Write to geral@crimake.com from the address you used in the form, or with enough information for us to identify you.

Legal framework

In Angola, the processing of personal data is governed by Law no. 22/11 on the Protection of Personal Data. This policy was written with that framework as its reference and describes what the site actually does. Formally assessing Crimake's compliance with that law is a matter for the company and its legal advisers.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data (for example, if we start using analytics tools), we will update this page before the change takes effect.
